Where We Ship
We ship internationally. Some remote destinations may require additional time or cost, which we will always confirm with you before any payment.
Processing & Lead Times
Once an acquisition is confirmed and payment is arranged, original works are prepared and packed within approximately 5–10 business days. Commissions are delivered to the timeline agreed for your project. We will keep you updated throughout.
Packaging
Every work is professionally packed to protect it in transit — works on paper are protected flat or rolled as appropriate, and canvases and panels are wrapped and boxed for safe handling.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is quoted individually based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the work. The cost is confirmed with you before payment, with no hidden charges.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.
Insurance & Tracking
Shipments are insured for their value and sent with tracking. We share tracking details with you once a work is dispatched.
Delivery & Risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your work on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage (see our Refunds & Returns page).
Digital Works
Digital works are delivered electronically after payment and do not involve shipping.
Local Collection
Collection in person can sometimes be arranged by appointment. Contact the studio if you would like to discuss this.
