Original Artworks
Because every original is unique and each acquisition is confirmed personally with you before any payment, originals are generally sold as final sale. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If a work arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order details and clear photographs of the packaging and the work. Shipments are insured, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Commissions
Commissions are bespoke and created to your brief, so they are non-refundable once work has begun. We share progress at agreed stages so you can give feedback before the work is completed.
Digital Works
Digital files cannot be returned once delivered, so digital purchases are non-refundable after the file has been sent. If you have a problem accessing or downloading your file, contact us and we will make it right.
How to Request
To raise a refund or return, email somianaveed@gmail.com with your name, the work concerned, and the details of your order. We respond to every message personally.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it is made using your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable period for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing on this page affects any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply where you live.
